Is delivery really free?
Yes, delivery is free in Accra, Kasoa and Tema.
Will it work with my phone?
It pairs by Bluetooth through the free Hiwear Plus app and is made for Android phones. If you use an iPhone, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Can I really take calls on it?
Yes. Once the watch is connected to your phone by Bluetooth, you can answer and make calls from the watch using its built-in speaker and microphone. Keep your phone within about 10 metres.
Is it waterproof?
It’s daily-life waterproof, so it handles sweat, rain and hand-washing. It is not made for swimming, diving or hot showers.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days on standby. If you use calls, the torch and constant heart-rate tracking a lot, expect to charge it more often. It charges with a magnetic cable.
Are the health readings accurate?
They’re good for tracking trends and keeping an eye on your day, but they are estimates and not medical-grade. Don’t use the watch to diagnose or treat any condition.

Yes. Choose “Other location in Ghana” in the order form and enter your town and landmark. We’ll call you to confirm your order and delivery location, and you pay before delivery.
